Camp Director : Our Camp Director is responsible for the overall management of the campers, leaders, staff, property and programs at the camp. Must have at least two years of leadership and related camping/administration experience and training. Must be older than 25 years and demonstrates the ability to articulate their Faith journey and work within the ethos and theology of the United Church of Canada. Will develop routines, schedules and procedures for camp operation, organize all camp program activities.

Assistant Camp Director : The Assistant Camp Director is responsible for helping plan, implement and evaluate camping experiences, for campers of all ages. Two years leadership experience with children and youth at a camp or other settings. Demonstrates the ability to articulate their Faith journey and work within the ethos and theology of the United Church of Canada. The Assistant Camp Director will help develop and implement effective learning programs that help campers experience a safe environment, take responsibility for leadership in camp programs as identified in planning meetings

Waterfront Director : The Waterfront Director will develop and supervise all aspects of the Camp waterfront program and activities during camp season to the satisfaction of the Camp Director . Excellent leadership and organizational and leadership skills and is able to supervise children. Can except guidance and supervision. Has knowledge of water based activities including swimming, canoeing and games. Can take charge in the event of an emergency and direct others. Teach staff their responsibilities during staff training for day to day activities and in emergencies. Evaluate and report any improvements for the following season. Must hold a current lifeguard certificate (NLS), to bronze cross level, smallcraft instructor's certificate, CPR and first aid certificates. For further information please call.

First Aid Attendant : The First Aid attendant is the health manager for the camp, supervising health and cleanliness standards, working with the camp director and staff and helps provide adequate physical health conditions for all. The First Aid Attendant has final authority over health and medical issues. Must have an ability to originate, update and/or monitor health care, maintain records and implement the health care plan. Hold a current CPR and first aid certificates.

Head Cook Position: The Head Cook is responsible for supervision of the kitchen, it's operations, cleanliness and maintenance within the starts of BC Health Act and to the satisfaction of the Camp Director . The Head Cook is also responsible for preparation of meals and snacks according to the pre-determined menu plan. Must have 3-5 years experience as a Head Cook, preferably at a camp, has training and experience in cooking for large groups, ability to prepare foods for special groups (people with eating disorders, diabetes, vegetarian meals those with allergies ) as needed. Must hold a BC Food Safe Certificate.

Assistant Cook: The Assistant Cook will assist the Head Cook in the planning and preparation of meals for camp sessions, be able to follow set routines to maintain health and sanitation standards in the delivery of meals. The Assistant Cook is accountable to the Head Cook. Experience essential as a cook and or assistant cook, preferably at a camp. Training and cooking for large groups, ability to work well with others, ability to prepare foods for special groups as needed. Knowledge of standards of food preparation and serving and kitchen procedures.

Senior Counseller: Is responsible for helping to plan, implement and evaluate camping experiences for campers of all ages. Two years previous camp staff experience with children and youth. Ability to articulate their faith journey and work within the ethos and theology of the United Church of Canada. Ability to work with children and adults in a camp setting. Ability to creatively schedule programs, facilities and staff. Ability and experience in supervising staff and campers.

Junior Counseller : The Junior Counseller is a volunteer leader that assists the Senior counsellor to identify and meet camper needs. Have the desire and ability work with children outdoors. Must have the ability to relate to one's peer group, accept supervision and guidance, hear and learn from feedback, assist in teaching an activity Enthusiasm, sense of humour, patience and self control an asset. Ability to maintain appropriate physical and emotional boundaries with campers and other staff.
